Cost - One month to month room will be available for rent beginning mid December 2025 with a $1000 refundable deposit. The room for rent will be for $1000. Utilities, water, gas, electricity, high speed internet, and cable TV included. If it is your first time in the country, let us help support you with a comfortable room full of amenities here in sunny San Diego.

Place - Home is fully furnished, very clean, organized, and placed in a quiet neighborhood. It is drug free, no pets, and no smoking. There are other people living at the house, several of which are visiting scholars, international students, and young professionals. Parking in front of the house and street parking are available. It is in a prime location that is a several minutes walk to bus stops, restaurants, groceries, and shopping centers. Nearby buses regularly go to UCSD, SDSU, Miramar, Mesa, San Diego City College, Grossmont, Downtown San Diego, beaches, and hiking trails.

Condition - Move-in ready private room furnished with bed, closet space, desk, ceiling fan/light, and private side yard entrance with shared bathroom and refrigerator space. All kitchen amenities are available to you along with washer and dryer privileges. Washer and dryer have been updated. You can workout with our fully equipped calisthenics home gym, kettlebells, and advanced cardio spin bikes. The living room has a new large 65 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Roku and more. The shared wireless printer is also available for your use as well. We do not charge extra for toilet paper, paper towels, printer paper, or printer ink.

Food - Enjoy a several minutes walk to the closest convenience stores and restaurants that include Japanese, Hawaiian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Filipino, Korean, Vietnamese, Indian, and American cuisines. Markets include Grocery Outlet, Target, Vinh Hung Supermarket, Whole Foods, and Vons. Many other shopping center stores are within walking distance too. Within several minutes drive is Seafood City, H-Mart, Smart N' Final and Trader Joe's.
