One spacious room in a second-floor two bedroom apartment is available
anytime.

It is one block away from 200st/Dyckman express stop on the A line in Inwood section of Manhattan. Only 5 stops and quick 25 minutes to
Mid-town 42nd st. Or you can take the 1 train that is 3 blocks away at
Dyckman station.

There are large living room, separate kitchen, full bathroom for sharing.
Your room has high ceiling,
large closet, chair and table, floor lump, queen size bed, bookcase,
wood floor, two 5' windows and two doors that will take you to the kitchen and the bathroom without walking across the living room.

The neighborhood is lively, safe and positive without a sense of being
too crowded and noisy. There are many shops and a huge grocery
store(24hrs. open) nearby. The Bank, Library, Post Office, Laundromat
and Drugstores are all within 1~3 blocks. If you need to relax, The
Cloisters and a beautiful park engulfing it are only several blocks away.
It is a very safe area.

You will be sharing this space with a responsible female who is an avid
book reader, respectable of others and mentally-stable :). And I like
you to be the same. But you don't need to be a book reader.

I do prefer women of any age but am open to male candidates who are
clean and tidy.

Move-in date is anytime now, and it is for long-term (6months with a
longer extension if things work out). $850/month and half of utilities
which is around $35~40/person plus $500 fully-refundable security
deposit to move in.

For internet you can pick up a faster wireless connection in the area. You have a cable line but no Wi-Fi. You are
welcome to set up your own internet services of course.
