I live a healthy life style workout, surf or hike daily. I am a healthy eater and grow veggies in the garden. I cook most of my meals and meal prep. I am and avid traveler and have lived abroad. I am a SDSU graduate and I own my own business that I operate from my home office. You will be living with me and Mya my super well trained female Malanois dog. She is not allowed on furniture and is an indoor outdoor dog. She comes with me everywhere. I am looking for a housemate that works full time or studies full-time so we will not overlap our working hours too much. The house is clean and the kitchen is spotless and well equipped for making great meals. The house neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house also has out side cameras for extra security.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood called Talmage/ Kenzington near SDSU. This area has nice homes with character. My place has lots of out door space and a nice garden with planter boxes for veggies and herbs. The house is mid century and also has midcentury furniture.

Your room is a large 14x16 space with ceiling fan, it has hardwood floors, a walk in closet, built ins and large master bathroom. The house is fully furnished just your room is unfurnished but if needed i can furnish it.

TERMS/DURATION:
Month-to-Month lease with 30 days notice.
Rent is $1000 per month
Utilities are $150
total expenses are 1150 per month
Security Deposit is $500
I do accept deposits to hold the room, the deposit will be $500 and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The holding deposit applies to the security deposit.
The room is offered for one person. No kids or pets, however, visitors and overnight guests are permitted so long as they are respectful.

Kitchen Privileges with your own space in the fridge and cabinet space in kitchen.
Use of Common Areas: Dining, Living Room, Backyard.
Laundry (Washer/Dryer)
Utilities Included (Water, Electric/Gas, Trash).

The bedroom has hardwood floors and a ceiling fan and lots of natural light

You have your own large master bathroom

SMOKING/DRUGS/DRINKING POLICY:
Nonsmokers preferred.
Drugs are not allowed.
No excessive drinking is permitted.
